Locks the current wallpaper as the only allowed image. The right-click → 'Set as desktop background' verb is greyed out and the Settings → Personalization → Background page is read-only.
Removes the Recycle Bin icon from the desktop. Deleted files still go to the Recycle Bin and can be recovered, but the desktop shortcut to it is gone.
