Install Baseline Capture

At install time the agent captures a baseline of the PC's Windows service settings and website block list, then stores it locally and in the cloud so the system can be restored later.

Cloud Baseline Sync

Background sync makes sure the cloud always holds the latest local baseline - so the operator can restore to install-time defaults even if the PC is wiped and reimaged.

Restore to Install Defaults

One-click restore replays captured service start types and hosts entries, plus chains the existing CtrlOne backup restore - bringing the PC back to install-time state.

Safe Skip List

Restore deliberately skips RDP, RPC, DCOM, DNS, DHCP, the CtrlOne agent itself and Defender so the operator session and remote management survive mid-restore.

Local Restore CLI

Local technicians can run the same restore offline via --restore-install-baseline (or /RESTOREDEFAULTS) when the PC is disconnected from the internet.

Restore from Admin Console

Per-device card showing capture time, service count, hosts size, last restore status - with a confirm dialog before queueing the cloud restore command.
