Disable Sleep

Removes the Sleep entry from the Start menu power button so users can only Sign out / Restart / Shut down. Auto-sleep from idle timeout still runs on its own schedule.

Disable Logout (Sign out)

Removes the Sign out entry from the Start menu user-icon flyout so users cannot manually sign out. Lock and switch-user remain available unless those are blocked separately.

Disable Restart

Removes the Restart entry from the Start menu power button. Windows Update can still trigger automatic restarts via its scheduled tasks unless WU is also disabled.

Disable Shut Down

Removes the Shut down option from the Start menu power button so users cannot power the PC off from the interface. The hardware power button still works.
