This Third-Party Software Notices document ("Notices") identifies third-party software, libraries, frameworks, services, and components that may be used within the CtrlOne platform. CtrlOne is developed and operated by UQuick Technologies India Limited (https://ctrlone.online/). Version 1.0. Effective Date: 14 July 2026.

1. Purpose
CtrlOne incorporates certain third-party software components to improve functionality, security, performance, compatibility, communications, and system reliability.
These components remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders. Nothing contained within CtrlOne transfers ownership of any third-party software.
2. Open Source Software
Certain portions of CtrlOne may include software distributed under Open Source licenses including but not limited to:

CtrlOne may interact with Microsoft technologies including:
Microsoft, Windows, Active Directory, Defender, BitLocker and related trademarks belong to Microsoft Corporation. CtrlOne is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by Microsoft Corporation unless expressly stated.

7. SSL/TLS
Encrypted communications may utilize OpenSSL, native operating system cryptography, TLS 1.2, and TLS 1.3. All trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
8. Fonts
The platform may include fonts licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Apache License, and Google Fonts licenses. Individual font licenses remain applicable.
9. Icons
Icons may originate from Lucide, Heroicons, and Font Awesome. Usage complies with their published licenses.
10. JavaScript Packages
The web application may include JavaScript packages distributed through npm or equivalent package managers. Examples include lodash, date-fns, uuid, zod, react-hook-form, and clsx. Package versions may change with software updates.
11. Python Components
Certain internal utilities may utilize Python packages including requests, psutil, cryptography, and pywin32. Licensing remains with the respective maintainers.
12. Compression Libraries
CtrlOne may include zlib, libzip, and Brotli. Each remains licensed by its respective copyright holder.
13. Database Drivers
Supported drivers may include PostgreSQL drivers, SQLite drivers, and ODBC drivers. These are governed by their respective licenses.
14. No Warranty from Third Parties
Third-party software is provided under the terms supplied by its respective licensors. Unless otherwise stated, such software is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind.

Third-party software versions may change without prior notice due to:
